Pressed Flower Earrings:
All jewelry is handcrafted from flowers grown and pressed by Ruth Wales at her Casco, Maine home .
She also gathers non-endangered wildflowers for many of her pieces, especially the Queen Anne's Lace.
The flowers have to be so tiny that she picks individual flowers from a branch with tweezers and presses them
one by one to have them press perfectly. The flowers are sealed in a clear jeweler's resin within a
sterling silver bezel cup. The ear wires are also Sterling Silver. The actual posts of the studs are a
hypoallergenic surgical steel.
